Wilson has served at College Hills as the Associate Minister since June of 2010 and Teaching Minister since 2023. In that time his focus has been on working with young professionals, life group ministry, preaching and teaching, and helping to cultivate an intergenerational focus in the life of the church. This focus on forming generations together resulted in his Doctorate of Ministry project that he completed in 2016 with Lipscomb University. You can read more about his project in the book Intergenerate: Transforming Churches Through Intergenerational Ministry (July 2018). 

Outside of his ministry responsibilities, some of Wilson’s favorite things include: making rustic bread from scratch, running to clear his mind and work off all the bread calories, and traveling to Disney World with his wife, Jessica. She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

Johnny began his role as Executive Minister at College Hills in 2023 and Family Minister in September 2016, after serving as a Youth Minister for more than 31 years. Johnny is a native of Columbia, Tennessee and a 1985 graduate of Lipscomb University. In addition to his responsibilities at College Hills, Johnny has served on the boards of Winterfest and Impact. He and his wife, Vicki, have three adult children - Mary Beth Peach (Justin), John Markham, III (Caty), and Katie Wood (Andrew), and five grandsons, Jack, Greer, and Wilson Peach, John Nelson Markham, IV (Ford), and Sean Wood. Johnny has completed his quest to visit all 30 current Major League baseball stadiums.

Hope was born and raised here in Lebanon, TN. Hope attended Middle Tennessee State University where she received her Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Master's in Educational Leadership. Before coming to College Hills in 2016, Hope taught for 6 years at Coles Ferry Elementary. In her free time, Hope enjoys a good animal pun, traveling, reading, and hanging out with her friends and family.

Alex has been serving as student minister at College Hills Church of Christ since September of 2016. He and his wife, Christine have been married since May of 2015 and have two children, Oliver and Poppy. Alex is passionate about the local church and partnering with God in revealing the nearness of God’s Kingdom in Lebanon and Wilson County. In his free time, Alex enjoys good coffee, grilling in the backyard, and cheering on the Atlanta Braves, Georgia Bulldogs, and Tennessee Titans.

Traci was born and raised in Gallatin, TN. Traci attended Lipscomb University where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Family Science with a concentration in Child and Family Spiritual Formation in May of 2024. She then transitioned from Student Ministry apprentice in the Summer of 2024, to Student Minister in the Fall. In October of 2024, Traci married her high school sweetheart, Jonathan.

In her free time Traci enjoys drinking coffee, trying new restaurants, hiking, watching TV, and spending time with friends and family. Traci is thrilled to work alongside Alex Sircy as they lead the College Hills Student Ministry together.

Jon Reynolds joined the staff of College Hills in January 2020. His focus is to create authentic, heartfelt and Christ-centered worship. He plans worship for both services and works closely with our praise teams. Jon is passionate about creating a meaningful environment to worship. He also oversees all graphics design and works with the welcoming committee. Jon also oversees all audio/visual technology pertaining to worship. Jon is a graduate of Lipscomb University with a degree in Communications, Bible, & Church Music. He also has a Master’s degree in Education.

Jon was born and raised in the northeast (Wilmington DE & Washington D.C.). He and his wife Kristi have 3 children, Lindsey, Mason and Nolan. Jon enjoys singing and is a member of the Music City Chorus. He also loves the Tennessee Titans and the Nashville Predators. His primary pastime is being a dad, watching his children participate in extracurricular activities.

Darren has been with College Hills since January 2003 and has served in many different ministries and administrative roles. He holds Bachelor's and Master's Degrees from The University of Alabama. Darren has been a high school football official since 1994, takes photos at Friendship Christian basketball and baseball games, and has a collection of superhero statues.

Jayme and her family have attended College Hills since 2003, and she joined the College Hills staff in October 2017 as the database administrator/administrative assistant. Before coming to College Hills, Jayme worked for 22 years in Commercial Lines Underwriting at Liberty Mutual Insurance, was awarded multiple insurance accolades, designations, and studied at Vol State. Jayme married Jim in 2000, and they have two boys, Preston and Garner. Her favorite things to do are cheering and watching her boys play football, watching UT football, playing with her dogs, and spending time with her family and friends.

Jennie and her family have attended College Hills since 2017, and she joined the CH staff in 2022. Jennie is originally from Mesquite, TX and graduated from Harding University in 2003 with a Bachelor's Degree in Music Education. She and her husband, Rob have been married since 2003, and they have two sons, Jude and Levi. Jennie enjoys singing with the CH praise team and the Bert Coble Singers in Lebanon. She also enjoys aerial arts, sewing, and helping Rob with beekeeping.

DiAnna was born and raised in Lebanon. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and her Master's Degree from Trevecca University in Guidance and Counseling. After retiring from teaching she helped manage a bookstore in the outlet mall. DiAnna worked as receptionist in the church office for several years then retired from that to help her grandson graduate from virtual school. She returned to the College Hills office in June of 2024. 

DiAnna's hobbies are reading, cooking, crafts, sewing, and spending time with family. She has one daughter, Brandi Noble (David) and two grandsons, Lucas and Jackson. She also has two sons, Blake and Chris, who have passed away.

Autumn and her family have been at College Hills since 2014. She began working on staff in 2021, helping with jail ministry. She is originally from Lexington, TN and a graduate of Freed-Hardeman University. Autumn and her husband Landon have two children, Adriana and Aaron. Their family enjoys singing, camping, fishing, baseball, basketball, and mission trips.
